构建科学的教坛新秀评选体系

青年教师是高校教学科研的主力军,培养和造就一批高素质的青年教师队伍是推进高校素质教育的一项重要的战略任务,但他们中有许多人存在人文精神缺失及修养不足的问题,对高校的改革与发展产生了消极影响。为切实加强青年教师队伍建设,高校在广大青年教师中开展“教坛新秀”评选活动,以此激励广大青年教师的荣誉感和责任感,促进师德水平和教育教学质量水平的提高,意义深远。从评选理念出发,对教坛新秀的评选指标、评选条件、评选方法做了微观定位,以期为构建科学的教坛新秀评选体系提供参考。     

析科技翻译论著中汉语语法术语的误用

随着科学技术的发展 ,研究和探讨科技翻译的著作不断问世 ,但是目前有些论述科技英汉、汉英翻译的书籍在使用汉语语法术语方面不够正确。该文从词、句子成分和句的角度分析了汉语语法术语误用的情况。     

Government Risk Management Priorities: A Comparison of the Preferences of Asian Indian Americans and Other Americans

A survey was conducted of approximately 200 Asian Indian Americans and 200 other residents of New Jersey in order to understand the risk management priorities that they want government to have. We found that Asian Indian Americans, especially younger women, focused on personal/family risks, such as alcohol and drug abuse, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. The New Jersey comparison group, in contrast, placed war/terrorism and loss of health care services and insurance at the top of their priorities for government. These results suggest stressful acculturation-related issues within the Asian Indian community. Both populations want more risk management from government than they believe government is currently providing. Respondents who wanted more from government tended to dread the risk, be fearful of the consequences, trust government, and have a feeling of personal efficacy. Within the Asian Indian American sample, wide variations were observed by language spoken at home and religious affiliation. Notably, Muslims and Hindi language speakers tended not to trust government and hence wanted less government involvement. This study supports our call for studies of recent migrant populations and Johnson's for testing ethnic identity and acculturation as factors in risk judgments.     

Assessment of supplier performance based on product-development strategy by applying multi-granularity linguistic term sets

Measuring supplier performance possesses the properties of multi-dimension and multi-scale, it increases the complexity of the aggregation and assessment process. A focal company must develop an effective procedure for overcoming the complexity of performance measurement. Furthermore, the assessment of supplier performance must conform to the product-developed strategy of the focal company. This study is a further research deeper into the concept already introduced in Chang et al. [1] [Applying fuzzy linguistic quantifier to select supply chain partners at different phases of product life cycle. International Journal of Production Economics 2006; 100(2):348–59]; using multi-granularity linguistic variable and numerical ration scale to represent the overall supply performance. By unifying the derived information, the measurement complexity could be resolved. The fuzzy preference was constructed to adjust the consistent direction and transform information into fuzzy relationship. Finally, fuzzy linguistic quantifier guided ordered weighted aggregation (FLQG-OWA) operator with maximal entropy was computed and aggregated with all indicators to meet the current policy of the focal company.     

多因素视角下商业信用期限决策的双层规划模型与实证研究

以往商业信用的理论通常是单视角的,本文试图在体现激励相容思想的双层规划框架下初步建立起一个能够综合财务、市场和成本因素的商业信用期限决策模型。在供应商和零售商详细建模的基础上,通过分析,将双层规划等价地转化为非线性规划。由约束条件和目标函数的分析,提炼出影响信用期限激励相容决策的关键因素包括融资能力、市场需求敏感性、成本结构。设计了三类因素变化的不同情景,模拟分析了三类因素的影响。利用中国的一组中小企业实际数据对模型与模拟分析的结论进行了实证检验。考虑到变量的内生性问题,分别从供应商和零售商的角度建立了两类联立方程实证模型,采用2sls,3sls,sur三类方法进行了模型的估计和检验。最终的结论表明,商业信用是一种重要的"激励-协调-利益分配"机制,它的决策是一个涉及多个公司运营层面的交互作用过程。资金成本是影响供应商信用期限决策的最重要因素,市场需求是影响(中小企业)零售商还款时间最重要的因素。     

Measuring the extent, depth, and severity of food insecurity: an application to American Indians in the USA

Within the extensive food insecurity literature, little work has been done regarding (a) the depth and severity of food insecurity and (b) the food insecurity of American Indians. This paper addresses both these topics with data from the 2001 to 2004 Core Food Security Module of the Current Population Survey. To measure food insecurity, three axiomatically derived measures of food insecurity are used. As expected, given the worse economic conditions facing American Indians, their food insecurity levels are generally higher than non-American Indians. However, the magnitude and significance of these differences differ depending on the choice of food insecurity measure.
